Backstory:

I have always loved to draw! As a young artist, my teachers would catch me doodling stories about my pet hamster going on adventures in my notebooks

for class. Those doodles made me understand the importance of story.

I love to create meaningful and narrative driven work no matter what the media is.

Education:

I always knew that I wanted to be an artist as a child and by the age of 9, I knew I was going to go to art school.  Luckily enough, I was given the G.I. Bill so that I could afford to attend art school. I have a BFA from Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.

I majored in Illustration and minored in Communication Design.

Not a Robot:

I absolutely love to laugh and find humor in everything I do!

I love psychology and hope to one day apply my other interest  into a story.

I enjoy needle felting, miniature building, rollerskating, ice skating in the winter, going to bookstores, antique shopping, spending time with my friends, my pets,

and just enjoying nature! I sometimes work from home in my colorful office with

a cat and a dog next to me. Proof that I'm 100% human shown below!
